`PATCH /accounts/{account_id}/locate-orders/{locate_order_id}`

Accept or decline locate order that has been offered.

- `account_id` string, required: Account ID for the account.
- `locate_order_id` string, required: Unique locate ID assigned by us.

Locate accepted or declined successfully.
