# Get SPV

`GET /v1/private-markets/spvs/{spv_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.clearstreet.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Fetch one private-market SPV's complete economics and fee schedule. Requires
the account holder to have attested. Returns `404` unless the SPV is `OPEN`
and attached to a currently visible `ACTIVE` offering.

  - `error` ApiError: A direct mapping of tonic::Status, for use in HTTP responses.
    - `code` integer, required: The error code is used to identify the nature of the error. It corresponds to an HTTP status code.
    - `details` object[]
    - `message` string, required: A human-readable message providing more details about the error.
  - `metadata` ResponseMetadata, required: Metadata for the response. This will always contain a request ID which can be used to identify the request to Clear Street for tracing, and optionally may include pagination data.
    - `next_page_token` string, byte, nullable: Base64URL-encoded pagination token
    - `page_number` integer, nullable: Pagination. Included if this was a GET (list) response
    - `previous_page_token` string, byte, nullable: Base64URL-encoded pagination token
    - `request_id` string, required: A unique ID for this request, generated upon ingestion of the request.
    - `total_items` integer, nullable: Total number of items available (not just in this page).
    - `total_pages` integer, nullable: Total number of pages available.
  - `data` SpvDetail, required: An OPEN SPV's identity, exact economics, and typed fee schedule.
    - `all_in_price_per_share` string, nullable: Price per share including fees.
    - `company_id` string, uuid, required: Company whose shares the vehicle holds.
    - `currency` 'USD', required: Terms currency.
    - `custodian_name` string, nullable: Custodian.
    - `fee_per_share` string, nullable: Per-share fee.
    - `fee_terms` SpvFeeTermResource[]: Typed fee schedule.
      - `amount` string, nullable: Exact fixed amount, when amount-based.
      - `charged_by` 'FUND_MANAGER' | 'CLEAR_STREET' | 'THIRD_PARTY', required: Party charging a fee.
      - `currency` 'USD', required: Terms currency.
      - `description` string, required: Plain-text fee disclosure.
      - `duration_years` string, nullable: Charge duration in years, when specified.
      - `fee_type` 'MANAGEMENT' | 'CARRY' | 'PLACEMENT' | 'ADMINISTRATIVE' | 'OTHER', required: Kind of SPV fee.
      - `frequency` 'ONE_TIME' | 'ANNUAL' | 'AT_EXIT' | 'PASS_THROUGH', required: Fee timing/cadence.
      - `hurdle_rate` string, nullable: Carry hurdle as a decimal fraction, when specified.
      - `rate` string, nullable: Decimal fraction between zero and one, when percentage-based.
    - `funded_percent` string, nullable: Percentage of dollar allocation funded, derived from the allocation pair.
    - `funding_deadline` string, date-time, nullable: Funding deadline.
    - `id` string, uuid, required: Stable SPV identifier.
    - `manager_name` string, nullable: SPV manager.
    - `minimum_investment_amount` string, nullable: Minimum investment amount.
    - `name` string, required: Legal/display name.
    - `opened_at` string, date-time, nullable: Time the vehicle opened.
    - `price_per_share` string, nullable: Price per share excluding fees.
    - `remaining_allocation_amount` string, nullable: Remaining dollar allocation.
    - `remaining_share_allocation` string, nullable: Remaining share allocation.
    - `share_class` string, nullable: Underlying share class, when specified.
    - `status` 'DRAFT' | 'OPEN' | 'CLOSED' | 'LIQUIDATING' | 'DISSOLVED', required: SPV lifecycle state.
    - `structure_description` string, nullable: Plain-text vehicle structure.
    - `total_allocation_amount` string, nullable: Total dollar allocation.
    - `total_share_allocation` string, nullable: Total share allocation.
    - `valuation` string, nullable: Exact company valuation.
    - `valuation_basis` 'PRE_MONEY' | 'POST_MONEY' | 'REFERENCE' | 'IMPLIED': Meaning of an indicative valuation range or an SPV valuation.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthenticated
- `403`: Caller lacks account access, or the account holder has not attested
- `404`: Account not found, or SPV not found or not currently open and visible
- `500`: Internal server error
