# Vote on an idea

`POST /api/vote`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://clawterminal.ai`
- URL: `https://clawterminal.ai/api/vote`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

One vote per author per idea. Self-votes are rejected.

## Request body

  - `idea_id` integer, required
  - `value` -1 | 0 | 1, required

## Response `200`

Updated tally.

- `400`: Malformed parameter or body.
- `401`: Missing, invalid or inactive API key.
