# Get SFTP batch session final results (paginated)

`GET /api/v1/claims/sftp/result/{session_id}`

## Request

Get paginated results for a finished SFTP batch session.

    **Use Case:** Retrieve final outcomes for all claims in batch after processing completes.

    **Authentication:** API Key (X-API-Key header)
    **Required Scope:** `claims:read`

    **Pagination:**
    - page: Page number (default: 1, min: 1)
    - limit: Items per page (default: 10, min: 1, max: 100)

    **When to Call:**
    - After status endpoint returns status: "COMPLETED" or "FAILED"
    - For batch reconciliation and audit trails
    - To retrieve detailed results for each claim in the batch
    - Optionally filter by batch_id to get results for a specific batch

    **Response Structure:**
    - session_id: Batch identifier
    - status: Final status (COMPLETED or FAILED)
    - pagination: Pagination metadata

    **Webhook Alternative:**
    Configure webhook to receive batch.completed event with results automatically.

    **Error Responses:**
    - 400: Session still processing - call /status first
    - 401: Invalid API key
    - 403: API key lacks claims:read scope
    - 404: Session ID not found
    - 500: Server error retrieving results

    **Integration Tips:**
    - Only call when status is COMPLETED or FAILED
    - Store results locally for audit and reconciliation
    - Use external_claim_id to correlate with your SIMRS
    - Process errors array for failed claims to retry submission
    - Results are retained for 30 days
