# Get Subscription History

`GET /admin/tenants/{tenant_id}/subscription/history`

## Request

Get subscription history for a tenant.

Returns all subscriptions (active, pending, cancelled, terminated)
sorted by creation date descending with pagination.

**Access:**
- mtk_admin: can view any tenant
- super_admin: can view tenants in their hospital group
- org_admin: can view only their own tenant

- `page` integer: Page number
- `per_page` integer: Items per page
