`POST /admin/api-keys/validate`

  - `valid` boolean, required: Whether the API key is valid
  - `key_id` integer, nullable: Key ID if valid
  - `organization_id` string, nullable: Organization ID if valid
  - `scopes` string[], nullable: Scopes if valid
  - `status` string, nullable: Key status if valid
  - `message` string, nullable: Error message if invalid
