Browse source data for a claim.

source_id=0 for uploaded files, source_id=-1 for monthly reports.

When the requester can't see salary, accounting sources (Xero, QBO) are
refused outright and monthly-report summaries come back with their dollar
figures nulled, matching the Tracking page's monthly-reports list.
