The stored claim-period Xero P&L report (Profit & loss tab).

Admin-only consultant reference — auth is the same dependency pair as
``export_items_csv`` (see its docstring; don't collapse them). Returns
``synced=False`` (not 404) when no report has been imported so the
frontend can distinguish "not synced yet" from errors.
