# Restore Item

`POST /claims/{claim_id}/expenditures/items/{item_id}/restore`

Admin-only: undo a soft delete. Backs the delete toast's Undo action.

Clears ``deleted_at``/``deleted_by`` and ``removed_from_source_at`` — the
delete only ever targets active rows, so the removal stamp is the delete's
own; if the source row has genuinely disappeared since, the next re-import
re-stamps it. Refunds unlinked by the delete stay unlinked (the matcher may
re-link them on a later import).
