Manually fire (or re-fire) the activity-map pipeline on this claim.

Admin-only. Idempotent: if a run is already in flight, returns the
existing execution status without spawning a second.

Requires the discovery_methodology toggle to be set on the claim —
otherwise the activity-map output isn't surfaced anywhere and the
multi-hour LLM cost would be wasted. Toggle off → 400.

- ActivityMapDiscoveryStatusResponse: Activity-map pipeline status for a claim, polled by the UI status badge. ``status`` mirrors the AgentExecution status column. ``stage`` is the sub-stage within a running execution so the UI can render the right badge: ``fetch_and_discover`` (one of the N consensus runs is in flight), ``merge_discovery`` (consolidating the N drafts), ``categorize``, or ``done``. ``current_run`` / ``total_runs`` track progress through the consensus pass.
