  - `plan` 'builder' | 'pro', required
  - `email` string, email
  - `accept_terms` true, required: You confirm you are 18 or older, agree to the Terms of Service (/terms/) and the monthly automatic renewal, and have read the Privacy Notice (/privacy/).
  - `start_immediately` boolean: Optional and currently ignored (the start-right-away request is not offered; a withdrawal within 14 days is refunded in full).
