# 🧪 Delete an OTLP exporter

`DELETE /otel/exporters/{otel_exporter_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://circleci.com/api/v2`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `Circle-Token`
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in query parameter `circle-token`

[__EXPERIMENTAL__] Deletes an OTLP exporter configuration by ID.

## Path parameters

- `otel_exporter_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `204`

OTLP exporter deleted.

## Other responses

- `400`: Unexpected request body provided.
- `401`: Credentials provided are invalid.
- `404`: Entity not found.
- `500`: Internal server error.
