# Lists exclusion groups for an account

`GET /demand/accounts/{account_id}/exclusion-groups`

Lists the exclusion groups for your account, ordered by creation date. Use exclusion groups to prevent respondents from participating in multiple target groups, even across different projects.

## Path parameters

- `account_id` integer, required: The account's unique identifier.

- `page_size` integer
- `start_after` string
- `end_before` string

## Response `200`

A list of exclusion groups was retrieved successfully.

- GetExclusionGroupsByAccountIdResponse: List of Exclusion Groups within a given Account
  - `data` ExclusionGroupInfo[], required
    - `exclusion_group_id` string, required: A unique identifier for the exclusion group, in ULID format.
    - `tag` string, required: A user-defined tag that acts as a name for the exclusion group.
    - `description` string, required: A user-defined description that explains the purpose of the exclusion group
    - `create_date` string, date-time, required: The date when the exclusion group was created
    - `update_date` string, date-time: The date when the exclusion group was last updated. Omitted if the exclusion group has never been updated.
  - `next_cursor` string: An ID of the next list of items and indicator that there are more items than currently viewable.
  - `url` string, required: URL to fetch the next page of Exclusion Groups

## Other responses

- `400`: A request is not valid and can't be processed.
- `401`: A request is unauthorized.
- `403`: A requested is forbidden.
- `500`: A request failed due to an internal error.
