查询一个海关编码（HS 编码，8 位或 10 位，可带点或空格）在出口退税率文库中的各个时期，给出退税率和征税率。适用哪一期取决于报关单上的出口日期（不是开票日期）：带上 export_date 就标出那一天适用的一期；不带就按今天（北京时间）标出，回答里的 lookup.in_force_on 写明用的是哪一天。用户问“现在”“今天”时不要填 export_date，绝不要自己猜今天的日期。编码不在文库中时返回 404 和前六位相同的相近编码，绝不编造税率。本站非官方渠道，仅供参考，以官方公布为准。
Looks up ONE customs code (8 or 10 digits; dots and spaces are fine) in the 出口退税率文库 and returns every period the library holds for it, with the refund rate (退税率) and the levy rate (征税率). The rate that applies to a shipment is the one in force on the export date on the customs declaration (报关单出口日期), not the invoice date: pass it as export_date to get the period in force on that date; without it the period in force today (Beijing calendar) is marked, and lookup.in_force_on says which day was used. For “now” or “today” leave export_date out and never guess today’s date. An unknown code answers 404 with nearby codes (first 6 digits equal) and never a made-up rate. Reference data from this site, not the official channel; the official publication prevails.

The code’s periods, and the one in force on export_date, or today when none was given.

- RefundRateLookup: One customs code looked up in the 出口退税率文库 (refund-rates): every period the library holds for it, and the one in force on one day: export_date when it is given, otherwise today by the Beijing calendar (lookup.in_force_on names the day, lookup.in_force_basis says which of the two it is).
  - `lookup` object, required: found: true with periods (rate as a tagged ratio and as printed, levy rates, unit, from, to [null = this site’s data has no end day for the period, which is not a statement that the authority announced none]), splits, children, in_force (status rate, choose, narrower, not_listed_on_date or before_data), in_force_on (the day in_force was chosen for) and in_force_basis (export_date, or today when no export date was given: the Beijing calendar day); or found: false with nearest (codes sharing the first 6 digits). Never a rate that is not in the library.
  - `dataset` object, required: The dataset version the answer comes from: edition, version, published_at (the day the library file was published), notice (the official notice of the edition: number, title, its own date, page; where recorded), imported_at, content_hash and the license keys.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is not one this endpoint takes (`issues` say what).
- `404`: The library does not list this code: lookup.found is false and lookup.nearest lists codes sharing its first six digits.
- `429`: Over the keyless limit for this sender. Come back after `Retry-After` seconds.
