# Start dictation

`POST /chrt_gpt/dictation/start/v1`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`

Starts a live dictation room whose agent transcribes the caller's speech as they talk, and returns a token to join it. | authz: allowed_org_types=[shipper, provider], min_org_role=operator | () -> (ChrtGPTDictationStartRes)

Successful Response

- ChrtGPTDictationStartRes
  - `server_url` string, required: The LiveKit server to connect to with participant_token.
  - `participant_token` string, required: Joins only this dictation's room, as the caller.
