  - `consecutiveFailures` integer, required: Circuit-breaker counter: consecutive terminal delivery failures. Reset to 0 on any successful delivery; the endpoint is auto-deactivated at 20 or after 24h of continuous failure.
  - `firstFailureAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: Timestamp of the first failure in the current failure streak; null when there is no active streak.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized — missing or invalid API key
- `404`: Resource not found
- `429`: Rate limited — 10 requests per second per key exceeded
- `500`: Internal server error
