`POST /v1/research`

Create a new research task.

## Headers

- `authorization` string, nullable

## Request body

- ResearchRequest — Schema for creating a research task.
  - `knowledge` string, nullable — Knowledge base slug to use for research. If not provided, uses web search only.
  - `query` string, required — Research query/topic
  - `type` 'report' | 'dashboard' — Type of research artifact to generate
  - `cadence_minutes` integer, nullable — Schedule cadence in minutes (min 60). NULL = one-off
  - `user_role` string, nullable — User's role for personalized research
  - `user_signal` string, nullable — User's research preferences for tailored output

## Response `201`

Successful Response

- ResearchStatus — Lightweight status response for create, refresh, cancel, and status endpoints.
  - `id` string, required — Research ID
  - `type` string, required — Artifact type (report or dashboard)
  - `status` string, required — Current status
  - `query` string, required — Research query
