`POST /v1/pipeline`

Create a new pipeline configuration.

## Headers

- `authorization` string, nullable

## Request body

- CreatePipelineRequest — Request to create a new pipeline.
  - `slug` string, required — Pipeline slug (unique identifier)
  - `description` string, nullable — Pipeline description
  - `steps` PipelineStep[], required — Pipeline steps
    - `type` string, required — Step type: fetch, process, chunk, refine, export, write
    - `component` string, required — Component name (e.g., 'recursive', 'overlap')
    - `params` object — Component parameters
