`POST /v1/knowledge/{kb_slug}/crawls`

Create a new crawl (topic or source) for a knowledge base.

    - `startPublishedDate` string, nullable — ISO 8601 date for filtering by publish date start
    - `endPublishedDate` string, nullable — ISO 8601 date for filtering by publish date end
