  - `tagOptions` object: Customization options for tags
  - `label` string: label
  - `description` string: This is a description of an organization
  - `massUnitOption` string: The preferred display unit for mass
  - `areaUnitOption` string: The preferred display unit for area
  - `emailFrequencyOption` string: email frequency option
  - `webhookUrl` string: webhook url
  - `webhookSecret` string: webhook secret

Success

- OrganizationEntry
  - `organizationId` string: organization ID
  - `tagOptions` object: Customization options for tags
  - `label` string: The name of the organization
  - `massUnitOption` string: The preferred display unit for mass
