# Update organization

`PUT /api/v2/organizations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.chirpwireless.io`

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-Organization-Id`

Update organization name or transfer ownership.

**Required scope:** `orgs:write`
