# Move dashboard

`POST /api/v2/dashboards/{id}/move`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.chirpwireless.io`

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key` and API key in header `X-Organization-Id`

Move a dashboard to a new parent folder and/or position.

**Required scope:** `dashboards:write`
