# Get action invocations

`GET /workflows/events/{eventId}/actions/{workflowActionId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://{prefix}.api.sandbox.checkout.com`
- URL: `https://{prefix}.api.sandbox.checkout.com/workflows/events/{eventId}/actions/{workflowActionId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Client credentials

Get the details of a workflow action executed for the specified event.

## Path parameters

- `eventId` string, required
- `workflowActionId` string, required

## Response `200`

Workflow action retrieved successfully

- GetInvocationsResponse
  - `workflow_id` string: The workflow identifier
  - `event_id` string: The unique event identifier.
  - `workflow_action_id` string: The worklow action identifier.
  - `action_type` string: The workflow action type.
  - `status` 'pending' | 'successful' | 'failed': The status of the workflow action. It aggregates the past invocations outcome.
  - `action_invocations` object[]: The list of the actions that trigger this event.
    - `invocation_id` string: The invocation identifier.
    - `timestamp` string, date-time: The date/time the action was invoked for the event.
    - `retry` boolean: Whether the invocation has been retried.
    - `succeeded` boolean: Whether the invocation completed successfully.
    - `final` boolean: Indicates whether this is the final attempt.
    - `result_details` object: The result details returned from the action.
  - `_links` object: Links related to the workflow action
    - `self` Link, required
      - `href` string, required: The link URL

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Event not found
- `500`: Internal Error
