# Get dispute submitted arbitration evidence

`GET /disputes/{dispute_id}/evidence/arbitration/submitted`

Retrieves the unique identifier of the PDF file containing all of the evidence submitted to escalate the dispute to arbitration.

To retrieve the file's download link, call the `GET /files/{file_id}` [endpoint](https://api-reference.checkout.com/#operation/getFileInformation) with the returned file ID.

Dispute retrieved successfully

- SubmittedEvidenceResponse
  - `file_id` string: The unique identifier for the PDF file containing all of the submitted evidence.
  - `_links` object
    - `self` object: The endpoint you can use to retrieve the unique identifier of the PDF file containing all of the submitted dispute evidence.
      - `href` string

- `500`: Internal error
