Enroll a domain to the Apple Pay Service

## Request body

- ApplePayEnrollmentRequest: The enrollment request used to onboard the domain
  - `domain` string: The domain to enroll

## Response `204`

Merchant successfully enrolled with no content to return

- `422`: Invalid data was sent
