# Reddit Account Checker

`GET /v1/reddit/users/{name}/status`

## Request

Check whether a Reddit account is active, suspended, or not visible (deleted, banned or shadowbanned). Returns a state, never an error, for accounts that don't exist. Costs 2 credits. Tip: run it on your own account; not_found_or_banned on an account you can log into means Reddit has shadowbanned it. Costs 2 credits.
