`POST /user/{userId}/token/create`

- `userId` string, required: The ID of the user

  - `meta` object: Custom metadata for the token

The user token was created successfully

  - `id` string, required: The ID of the created user token
  - `token` string, required: The token of the created user token
  - `createdAt` number, required: The timestamp for when the user token was created (in milliseconds)
