  - `linkedBotId` string, nullable: The ID of the bot associated with the ability
  - `linkedSpaceId` string, nullable: The ID of the space associated with the ability
  - `linkedComputerId` string, nullable: The ID of the computer the ability runs shell commands on
  - `instruction` string: The instruction of the ability
  - `state` 'enabled' | 'disabled': The lifecycle state of a resource - toggle it on/off without deleting it
