# Create GitHub integration

`POST /integration/github/create`

## Request

## Request body

- object: A bot configuration that can be applied without a dedicated bot instance.
  - `alias` string, nullable: The unique alias for the instance
  - `name` string: The associated name
  - `description` string: The associated description
  - `meta` Meta: Meta data information
  - `blueprintId` string, nullable: The ID of the blueprint
  - `botId` string, nullable: The ID of the bot this configuration is using
  - `appId` string: This integration's GitHub App id (signs the App JWT)
  - `privateKey` string: This integration's GitHub App private key (PEM)
  - `webhookSecret` string: The GitHub App webhook secret used to validate x-hub-signature-256
  - `contactCollection` boolean: Whether to collect contacts
  - `sessionDuration` number: The session duration for the GitHub integration
  - `allowFrom` string: Restricts who can summon the bot. Comma or newline separated list of `@collaborators`, `@login`, `owner/repo`, `owner/*` or `*`. Defaults to `@collaborators`.

The GitHub integration was created successfully
