`GET /blueprint/{blueprintId}/fetch`

- `blueprintId` string, required: The ID of the blueprint to retrieve

  - `updatedAt` number, required: The timestamp (ms) when the instance was updated
  - `visibility` 'private' | 'protected' | 'public': The blueprint visibility
