Handler runs `QUERY_GET_SOUNDCLOUD_CHARTS` (or `..._RAW` when `raw=true`), merges track metadata, and attaches historical `rankStats`. A nested `soundcloud_user` object is passed through unmodified. ## Query parameters - `country_code` 'IE' | 'AU' | 'NL' | 'CA' | 'GLOBAL' | 'US' | 'FR' | 'NZ' | 'GB' | 'DE', required: Country code accepted by the legacy SoundCloud chart pipeline; only the values supported by SoundCloud are valid. - `kind` 'top' | 'trending', required: SoundCloud chart kind (e.g. `trending`, `top`). - `genre` 'soundtrack' | 'world' | 'latin' | 'triphop' | 'danceedm' | 'ambient' | 'jazzblues' | 'trance' | 'reggaeton' | 'metal' | 'all-music' | 'classical' | 'drumbass' | 'hiphoprap' | 'dubstep' | 'alternativerock' | 'pop' | 'rock' | 'folksingersongwriter' | 'reggae' | 'disco' | 'techno' | 'deephouse' | 'indie' | 'rbsoul' | 'house' | 'dancehall' | 'trap' | 'electronic' | 'country' | 'piano', required: SoundCloud genre filter; values are lowercased.
