Handler builds the SQL table name from `duration` (`acr_daily_track_chart` / `acr_weekly_track_chart`) and optional `cityId` variant. Merges cross-platform track metadata and batched historical `rankStats` from `QUERY_GET_TRACK_RANKINGS.ACR_BATCH`. ## Query parameters - `date` string, date-time: Charting date (`YYYY-MM-DD`). Defaults to the latest available chart when omitted. - `since` string, date-time: Lower bound of the date range (YYYY-MM-DD).
