# View contract template and status

`GET /api/v1/rentals/{rentalId}/contract`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:3002`
- URL: `http://localhost:3002/api/v1/rentals/{rentalId}/contract`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the contract template content and current signing status for the rental. Requires authentication; accessible only to the rental's operator (its owning captain or boat owner).
