# Delete an app

`DELETE /app/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://charm.ing`
- URL: `https://charm.ing/app/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Permanently removes the app row. Bearer must authorize this app (`chrm_app_*` for the same id, or the owning user). Pass `?purge=storage` to also wipe the app’s key-value rows and secrets; without it, the secrets are kept and an hourly cleanup clears the key-value rows.

## Query parameters

- `purge` 'storage'

## Response `200`

Deleted

- OkResponse: Minimal success acknowledgement. `ok: true` confirms the mutation landed.
  - `ok` true, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required.
- `403`: Bearer is for a different app.
- `404`: App not found.
