# Decline or leave a share

`POST /api/v1/apps/{appId}/shares/decline`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://charm.ing`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

User-gated (`chrm_user_*` or session). Declines the CALLER’s pending invite or leaves an accepted share; idempotent (`removed: false` when there was nothing).

- `appId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Declined / left (or nothing to remove).

  - `ok` true, required
  - `removed` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid app id.
- `401`: Sign-in required.
