# Get an app’s activity timeline

`GET /api/v1/apps/{appId}/activity`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://charm.ing`
- URL: `https://charm.ing/api/v1/apps/{appId}/activity`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Requires a personal access token or session cookie and `app:manage`. Newest-first feed merging published versions, renders/runs, API-call outcomes, sharing changes, and feedback. Each entry carries only the fields its kind allows — never a viewer id, an actor, a grantee, or an email address. The feed covers the plan’s window: 24 hours on Free, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Business. `retention` gives the cutoff used. Retention is a rolling window, not a compliance audit log.

  - `hasMore` boolean, required: True when older entries exist. Fetch them with `before` and `beforeId` set from the oldest entry returned.
  - `retention` object, required: The plan window this read used. Older events are hidden, not deleted.
    - `tier` 'free' | 'pro' | 'business' | 'enterprise', required
    - `hours` integer, required: Length of the plan window.
    - `since` string, date-time, required: The cutoff this read used.
    - `truncated` boolean, required: True when the plan window set the cutoff.

    - `id` string, uuid, required: Pass back as `beforeId` (with `before`) to page further.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid app id, `since`, `before`, or `limit`.
- `401`: Sign-in required.
- `403`: The caller cannot manage this app.
- `404`: App not found.
