# Create Nonprofit Addresses

`POST /v1/nonprofit_addresses`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://sandboxapi.givechariot.com`
- URL: `https://sandboxapi.givechariot.com/v1/nonprofit_addresses`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Submit mailing addresses for one or more nonprofits. Uploaded
addresses are used as suggestions for where to send disbursements.

## Request body

- object
  - `entries` NonprofitAddressSuggestionEntry[], required: Address entries to upload. Up to 500 per request.
    - `ein` string, required: The EIN of the nonprofit this address belongs to. Accepted as either nine digits (`123456789`) or `XX-XXXXXXX`.
    - `line1` string, required: Street address.
    - `line2` string: Optional suite, apartment, or unit.
    - `city` string, required: City.
    - `state` string, required: Two-letter US state code (uppercase).
    - `zip` string, required: US ZIP code. Five digits, optionally followed by a four-digit extension.

## Response `200`

All addresses were accepted.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is invalid or contains invalid parameters
- `401`: Unauthorized. The request is missing the security (OAuth2 Bearer token) requirements and the server is unable to verify the identify of the caller.
- `403`: Access denied
- `404`: Resource Not Found
- `500`: Internal Server Error
