Get the config of Dashboard.

  - `cluster_mode` boolean: ClusterScoped means control Chaos Object in cluster level(all namespace).
  - `dns_server_create` boolean: After v2.5, the DNS server is created by default.
  - `enableFilterNamespace` boolean: EnableFilterNamespace will filter namespace with annotation. Only the pods/containers in namespace annotated with `chaos-mesh.org/inject=enabled` will be injected.
  - `gcp_security_mode` boolean: GcpSecurityMode will use the gcloud authentication to login to GKE user
  - `listen_host` string
  - `listen_port` integer
  - `oidc_security_mode` boolean: OidcSecurityMode will use oidc authentication to login to cluster user
  - `root_path` string
  - `security_mode` boolean: SecurityMode will use the token login by the user if set to true
  - `target_namespace` string: TargetNamespace is the target namespace to injecting chaos. It only works with ClusterScoped is false.
