# Get a product sticker

`POST /experimental/sticker`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trychannel3.com`
- URL: `https://api.trychannel3.com/experimental/sticker`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Cut a catalog product's best image into a transparent-background sticker.

Takes a product page ``url`` or a ``product_id`` for a product already in
the Channel3 catalog. Charges 1 credit per call.

## Request body

- StickerRequest: Identify a product already in the Channel3 catalog to render as a sticker.
  - `url` string, nullable: Product page URL of a product already in the Channel3 catalog.
  - `product_id` string, nullable: Channel3 product ID.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- StickerResponse
  - `product_id` string, required: Channel3 product ID the sticker shows.
  - `source_image_url` string, required: Product image the sticker was cut from.
  - `sticker_url` string, required: Transparent-background WebP of the product, tight-cropped with a small transparent margin.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing authentication
- `402`: Payment required
- `404`: The product is not in the Channel3 catalog
- `422`: The product's images cannot be cut into a sticker
- `500`: Internal Server Error
- `503`: The sticker renderer is unavailable
