- UpdateUserReqDto
  - `loginId` string, required: Username of the user
  - `name` string, required: User full name
  - `email` string, email, required: User email id
  - `roles` string[], required: Role of the user
  - `employeeNo` string, required: Employee number of the user. Should be unique
  - `department` string, nullable: Department of the user
  - `phoneNumber` string, nullable: Phone number of the user
  - `mobileAppAccess` boolean: The user requires access to the mobile app
