`POST /api/Public/getcomments`

  - `recordId` integer, required: Record Id
  - `stageName` string, required: Name of the stage

Return status of the request

- CommentsResDto[]
  - `commentId` string, nullable: Comment Id
  - `comments` string, nullable: Comments that is added
  - `username` string, nullable: Name of the user
  - `date` string, nullable: Comment creation date
