The page's button, or the mail client's RFC 8058 one-click POST (List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click). A valid token moves the bar to do_not_contact on every channel and sends one confirmation email. Unknown, invalid and already used tokens get the same answer; repeating it changes nothing.
