# List Dream-pipeline audit trail entries for the current tenant

`GET /api/personal-agent/dream-audit`

Returns the append-only Dream audit log for the authenticated tenant. Each entry records a Dream pipeline run with fact counts, conflict/retry stats, L1/L2 enrichment results, and a SHA-256 integrity hash. Entries are scoped to the tenant and sorted newest-first.
