Assess gas supply security status for a country.

**Security status levels:**
- SECURE: >70% fill level
- ADEQUATE: 50-70% fill level
- WARNING: 30-50% fill level
- CRITICAL: <30% fill level

**Checks include:**
- Current fill level vs. historical average
- EU 90% winter mandate compliance (Nov 1st target)
- Days of coverage calculation
- Withdrawal capacity adequacy

**Use cases:**
