Retrieve historical gas storage time-series data with flexible aggregation.

**Aggregation levels:**
- daily: Day-by-day granularity
- weekly: Weekly averages
- monthly: Monthly aggregates

  - `from` string, required: Start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
  - `to` string, required: End date (YYYY-MM-DD)
  - `aggregation` 'daily' | 'weekly' | 'monthly': Data aggregation level
  - `format` 'json' | 'csv' | 'xlsx' | 'xls': Output format. "csv" and "xls"/"xlsx" trigger a file download.
  - `token` string: Optional Cernion MCP token for this request. Overrides CERNION_TOKEN when provided.
