  - `dateFrom` string, required: Start date (can be future dates for forecasts)
  - `dateTo` string, required: End date
  - `psrType` string: Optional: Filter by PSR type (B16=Solar, B19=Wind Onshore, B14=Nuclear, B04=Gas)
  - `includeStatistics` boolean
  - `format` 'json' | 'csv' | 'xlsx' | 'xls': Output format. "csv" and "xls"/"xlsx" trigger a file download.
  - `token` string: Optional Cernion MCP token for this request. Overrides CERNION_TOKEN when provided.
