  - `region` string, required: Country/bidding zone name (fuzzy matching supported)
  - `dateFrom` string, required: Start date in ISO 8601 (2026-02-01), YYYYMMDD (20260201), or German format (01.02.2026)
  - `dateTo` string, required: End date (same formats as dateFrom)
  - `includeStatistics` boolean: Include price statistics (min/max/avg/median)
  - `format` 'json' | 'csv' | 'xlsx' | 'xls': Output format. "csv" and "xls"/"xlsx" trigger a file download.
  - `token` string: Optional Cernion MCP token for this request. Overrides CERNION_TOKEN when provided.
