`GET /api/energy-sharing-allocation/allocations`

Returns allocation metadata records stored in PouchDB, newest first. Soft-deleted records are excluded unless includeDeleted=true. Superseded records (replaced by a later Korrekturlauf, #286) are excluded unless includeSuperseded=true.
