# Agent intervention log for a Datapoint (Issue #32)

`GET /api/datapoint/:name/interventions`

## Request

Returns the `agent_interventions` array for a Datapoint — a structured log of every automated correction the agent made during plan execution. Each entry contains `timestamp`, `action`, `reason`, `confidence_score`, and `agent_id`. Use `?since=<ISO-8601>` to retrieve only recent entries. Use `?limit=N` to cap the number of returned entries (default: 50, max: 500). Satisfies the Explainable AI (XAI) auditability requirement of Issue #32.
