Classifies market-communication evidence for dynamic tariff, iMSys, consumption-data and billing-readiness cases. Portal screenshots, customer statements and provider views are hints only; official MaLo/MeLo, UTILMD/master-data path, meter values, consumption retrieval, data-quality status and next billing step remain separate required evidence. The endpoint is read-only and does not mutate MaKo, EDM, billing, settlement, VDMI or HITL state. When `includeMakoKnowledge=true`, an optional, advisory `makoKnowledgeContext` (Willi-Mako structural hints via `willi-mako.resolveStructure`) is attached; it never changes the default response shape, is never binding, and degrades to `available:false` if unavailable.
